Standardbetingelser for utførelse av advokatoppdrag 

Ved oppstart av oppdrag skal det utarbeides oppdragsbekreftelse som blant annet beskriver hva oppdraget omfatter, ansvarlig advokat for oppdraget og våre økonomiske betingelser, herunder timepriser.

Pr. 1.1.2024 er våre standard timepriser som følger:

Advokat Kr 2 800 – 3 700 Kr 3 500 – 4 375

Advokat Kr 2 500 – 3 200 Kr 3 125 – 4 000
Advokatfullmektig Kr 2 100 – 2 500 Kr 2 625 – 3 125

 

Våre standardbetingelser følger vedlagt oppdragsbekreftelsen. Alle oppdrag skal utføres i henhold til Regler for god advokatskikk, som er tilgjengelig på Lovdata.
